Lombok Island Becomes One of The Best Island in Asia

The Island of Ko Tao in Thailand is still the number one. This island is not displaced as last year. The unchanging position is just as same as Bali and Lombok which are still ranked as the second and the fifth. The third place is Phuket, beating the island of the same country, Ko Phangan. Koh Phangan shifts the position from the third to the seventh, which was once owned by Phuket.

Malaysia only managed to record one of their islands as the top ten best islands in Asia, which is Langkawi. This island remains in its tenth position as in the previous year with no improvement. Thailand, this year, becomes the champion. They manage to record five of their islands in the annual awards, Travellers’ Choice Awards.

“We are very pleased that the five of our islands in Thailand, once again, have been featured in the top ten best islands in Asia at the Travellers’ Choice Awards 2015. From a low budget to a luxury traveler, visitors will find that there is no shortage of possibilities for the travelers to find nothing.” said Minister of Tourism and Sports of Thailand, Kobkarn Wattanavrangkul.
